Absolutely nothing. You will never pay for any services provided by LEAD.
Our customers vary by region. LEAD serves the core industries of Oil & Gas, Industrial, Construction, Renewable Energy, and Marine/Shipbuilding. Within those core industries and related segments, LEAD provides any and all skilled and semi-skilled trades.
You are paid weekly for the prior week worked. LEAD disburses your pay by direct deposit to either your bank OR our PayCard which may be used as an ATM/Debit card.
LEAD offers referral bonuses as well as eligibility for health benefits to purchase: Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life and Short-Term Disability. There is also eligibility to participate in LEAD’s 401k program, Paid Sick Leave/Paid Time Off.

This will vary by company. Usually, it is calculated based on the number of hours worked. The required hours vary by customer. The important thing to remember is that each company has many factors to consider prior to being able to hire someone, i.e., budget constraints, business projections, and most importantly, individual performance!
